Barnet fair
Thankfully, after two straight losses, we found a winner for yesterday’s Bet of the Day. It took them a while to get going, but Barnet eventually took the lead just before half-time against Aveley in their FA Cup Qualification Replay tie. Then it took what seemed an agonizingly long time for them to extend their lead but then the goals started flowing. Barnet eventually won 4 – 0 to earn an away tie at Chorley in the 1st Round proper.
As for The Premium Predictions Club, we managed to maintain our 72% win rate. The first and last selections failed but in between there were five straight wins.
For today’s Bet of the Day, we’ve had to delve a little deeper than we usually do as it’s still the international break and the internationals have all but finished. However, we think we have found a selection that will maintain our impressive win rate for Bet of the Day in October, which is currently 76%. Regular viewers will know that I am conducting The No Lose Strategy experiment with Bet of the Day for this month. For this experiment, the default betting stake is 1 point. When there is a loss, the next stake is raised to compensate the bankroll for the previous loss. Because we had lost the two previous days, yesterday’s stake worked out at 16.84 points. Thankfully we won, otherwise today’s stake would have been around 60 points. As we won, the stake returns to 1 point.
