A Lille effort goes along the win way
Following Wednesday’s fail, we bounced straight back yesterday with a win from the Europa Conference League. After going 0 – 1 down to Slovan Bratislava, our pick, Lille fought hard to come back and eventually won the game 2 – 1. If a red card hindered our bet on Wednesday, one for a Slovan player most probably aided us yesterday.
We now have twenty Bet of the Day wins for October, which converts to a win rate of 77%. Now there are five days left in the month to break our record for the number of wins in a month. This currently stands at twenty-two, set last July.
Once again The Premium Predictions Club had contrasting fortunes. Yesterday was our worst day this October with only three wins from seven selections. This 43% win rate on the day has not affected our win rate for the month of 73%, though.

Regular viewers will know that I am conducting The No Lose Strategy experiment with Bet of the Day as of 1st October onwards. For this experiment, the default betting stake is 1 point. When there is a loss, the next stake is raised to compensate the bankroll for the previous loss. Yesterday after a loss, we staked 5.91 points. The bet won, thus recovering the bankroll to the same profit as if we had won every bet this month. As we won yesterday, today’s stake reverts to the standard 1 point.
Nearly four weeks into The No Lose Strategy experiment, and it appears to be working so far as The Bet of the Day project remains in profit. It will take several more weeks before we can declare The No Lose Strategy a success, but we’re hoping it keeps Bet of the Day in an upwardly mobile profit permanently.
