Porto peter out
Despite having twelve minutes at a Boavista side reduced to ten men yesterday, with the score at 1 – 1, FC Porto could not find the second goal required for their away win and our prophecized Bet of the Day away win. Consequently, we still do not have back-to-back wins yet in 2024.
At 60%, we had our lowest daily win rate so far this year for The Premium Predictions Club yesterday as we only had three successes from our five predictions. The win rate for the year, however, is still an impressive 74%.

Regular visitors will know that I am conducting The No Lose Strategy experiment with Bet of the Day as of 1st October onwards. For this experiment, the default betting stake is 1 point. When there is a loss, the next stake is raised to compensate the bankroll. Sadly, we lost another one yesterday. To compensate the bankroll for this, today’s stake at today’s odds is 5.04 points.
Since combining The No Lose Strategy experiment with Bet of the Day, we have turned a loss of nearly 12 points into a profit of almost 30 points. That’s a gain of over 42 points in just three months. If we can repeat this over the next three months, then we can think about making real profits by gradually increasing the default stake.
