A 27th-minute Selfoss goal appeared to be enough to win this match until Aegir surprised everyone with an equalizing goal at 69 minutes. After that, it looked as though a draw was going to be the result and that our winning run was about to end.
But no, Selfoss’ persistence paid off as they retook the lead in the 89th minute, and even added to that lead at 90+4 minutes. A 3 – 1 victory for Selfoss, then, and our winning run is still intact. 😀
